What's a "Configuration" and why do I need more than one?: A Configuration is one campaign setup, like a welcome offer, event promo, or in-store discount. Each one has its own settings for how codes are distributed. More Configurations let you run more campaigns at the same time, for different audiences and goals. What if I go over my monthly included code limit?: You'll be charged a small overage fee for each code delivered beyond your plan's limit. Each plan lists its overage rate, and larger plans pay less per extra code.
Will I need to commit to a long-term contract?: No contracts. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll only be billed for the current month or year, depending on your billing interval.
