Each code can include a scannable QR code. Your staff uses our web-based scanner on any smartphone to instantly validate and mark codes as used — no app download required.

- How does the "Mark as Used" button prevent fraud?
Once a code is marked as used, it cannot be redeemed again. The status change is instant and permanent. If someone tries to use the same code twice, your staff will immediately see it's already been redeemed.
- Do I need special hardware for the QR scanning?
No. Our scanner is a web-based app that works on any smartphone. Your staff simply opens the scanner page in their browser and uses the phone's camera. No app download, no special equipment, no POS integration required.
- How do codes get delivered to customers?
Coupon Carrier integrates with your existing email platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.) or any app via Zapier. You keep your branded emails — we just add the unique code, Redeem Link, and QR code to each one.
