Can this handle high traffic volumes?
Yes. Everything runs in the browser, and each staff member scans or validates on their own phone. At a small tasting event or a large festival, each redemption takes a few seconds.
Do we need dedicated scanners?
No. Any smartphone with a browser and a camera can scan QR codes using our web-based scanner. There's no app to install and no hardware to buy. You can also use the “Mark as Used” flow, where staff tap the button on the attendee's phone.
Can vouchers be redeemed offline?
No. Vouchers need an internet connection to validate and update their status, which is how each redemption gets recorded and a second attempt gets rejected. A normal mobile data connection is enough.
Can we see redemption stats after the event?
Yes. Your dashboard shows every redemption as it happens, with the time and the scanner login that redeemed it. Create a scanner login per gate, booth, or staff member to see who redeemed what, and use tags to separate events. Filter by event, date, or tag, and export CSV reports for post-event analysis, sponsor reporting, or internal review.
