Show a single-use voucher right after a Jotform submission
Use a thank-you page link or redirect to display a unique voucher instantly. Collect emails with Jotform and show a free drink, event perk, or first-visit voucher.
The problem
Static thank-you page offers get reused
If every form submitter sees the same coupon, abuse is inevitable.
Same coupon shown to everyone
One static code on the thank-you page. Person #1 and person #500 see the exact same offer.
Screenshots get shared
Someone screenshots the code, drops it in a group chat, and now 200 people have your "exclusive" offer.
No way to mark as used
Staff at the counter can't tell if a voucher has already been redeemed. There's no button, no status, no record.
No visibility into who redeemed
You know how many people submitted the form. You have no idea how many actually showed up and used the offer.
The solution
Show a unique voucher after every Jotform submission
Jotform passes the submitter's email into a Coupon Carrier Redeem Link. Each person gets their own voucher, redeemable exactly once.
- Email passed into Redeem Link
Jotform's thank-you page or redirect URL includes the submitter's email. Coupon Carrier uses it to look up or assign a unique Redeem Link voucher.
- Unique voucher displayed instantly
Coupon Carrier shows that specific recipient's voucher on a hosted page. No two people see the same code.
- Redeemed by tap or scan
Staff redeem the voucher with Mark as Used or a QR scan. Works on any phone, no app install needed.
- No POS integration required
Redemption happens on the Coupon Carrier hosted page. You don't need hardware or a POS plugin.
How it works
From form submission to redemption in four steps
Two ways to connect
Pick the setup that fits your flow
Option A: Link on thank-you page
Add a Coupon Carrier Redeem Link to your Jotform thank-you page. After submission, the user clicks the link to open their unique voucher. You control the page copy.
Option B: Redirect to voucher page
Set Jotform to redirect directly to the Coupon Carrier voucher page on submission. The user lands on their voucher automatically, no extra click needed.

Requires a Jotform Email field
Coupon Carrier uses the submitted email address to identify the recipient and assign their voucher. Your form needs at least one Email field for this to work.
Use cases
Where this works well
Jotform forms run on tablets, at counters, and embedded on websites. Here are the setups we see most often.
- Event signup rewards
Collect RSVPs or registrations with Jotform, then show each attendee a unique entry voucher or perk they can redeem at the door.
- Restaurant and bar offers
Put a signup form on a tablet or your website. Each submission gives that person a one-time offer they redeem at the counter.
- In-store QR signup campaigns
Print a QR code that opens your Jotform. Customers scan, fill out the form, and immediately receive a redeemable voucher on their phone. Read more about QR-based redemption.
- Car wash first-visit promotions
Offer a free or discounted wash to first-time visitors who sign up via a Jotform on-site. The voucher can only be used once.
- Agency-built lead capture funnels
Agencies building promo flows for clients can embed Jotform and connect Coupon Carrier to deliver a tracked voucher after every submission.
Redemption
Every voucher is verified at the point of use
Getting the voucher to the customer is step one. Coupon Carrier also controls what happens when they try to use it.
- Mark as Used
The customer shows their voucher. Staff tap "Mark as Used" on the hosted page. The offer is permanently invalidated.
- QR scanning
Staff scan the voucher's QR code with any phone camera. Faster than a tap when processing a queue or line.
- Single-use control
Once redeemed, the voucher is permanently marked. Screenshots, forwards, and repeat visits all see a "used" status.
- Audit trail
Every voucher records who received it and when it was redeemed. You can reconcile campaign costs against actual redemptions.
